1. Blue Collar Networks provides career and recruitment assistance services including:
   • Resume Forwarding
   • Job Alerts
   • Resume Building
   • Career Counselling
   • Mock Interviews
2. The service validity shall remain active for 3 Months from the date of successful payment.
3. The registration/service fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
4. Payment of the service fee does not guarantee job placement, interview selection, employment confirmation, or salary assurance.
5. Final hiring decisions are solely made by the respective employer/company based on eligibility, interview performance, documentation, and company requirements.
6. Candidates must provide accurate personal details and genuine documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of services without refund.
7. By registering, the candidate authorizes Blue Collar Networks to contact them through Phone Calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email for recruitment-related communication.
8. Blue Collar Networks shall not be held responsible for employer hiring decisions, offer withdrawal, delays in recruitment process, or salary disputes between candidate and employer.
9. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
